About Prescription:

Due to the complex nature of homeopathy prescribing, please note that it is not within the scope of the online treatment service to give an elaborate explanation of the prescription, Medicines are given from Clinic and dispatched via courier service.

Refund policy:

Applicable to all of our online patients who have signed up for online case

1. Canceling the order before medicine dispatch: 
If you cancel your request for treatment soon after placing a request for Treatment on or before we process the disease details you send us in the form of a questionnaire reply, Cancellation charges will be deducted and the sole decision will be taken by Asher Clinic Team

2. Cancelling the treatment after we dispatch the medicine : No Refund will be given.

3. Non-Receipt of medicines policy: In case of non-receipt of medicines due to any reason, the patient is supposed to report to us within a maximum of four weeks (for patients within India) and within six weeks (for patients residing outside India). Any request for medicines beyond the said limit will not be entertained.  

• Case taking charges with consultation INR. 3500 ( one time) for patients Online or in person with 1 month medicine Supply.
• For Follow up :  Consultation Fee INR. 1000 ( one time) for patients visiting or Online Consultation for 1 month medicines, Courier Charges Extra.

• There is no refund on the dispensed medicines, or medicines not used by the patients, as medicines are not usable by us in any way.
• If the patient claims to recover within a period shorter than the treatment plan opted for, there will be no refund available, as the treatment plan indicates charges of the treatment up to the specified period.
• The starting of treatment confirms that the patient has agreed to this Refund Policy.
